Dead Wooding

We remove all dead wood on the tree as a matter of course with all tree surgery procedures. We do this because dead branches would eventually fall off and may cause a potential hazard to predestrians tree owners and indeed for the health of the tree.

This process benefits the tree as ‘pathogens’ (infections) use the dead wood as a vital food source for gaining strength to invade the neighbouring live tissues.
