We occasionally may need to fell trees that are very near buildings causing possible risk of subsidence or in this case the London Plane had extensive heartwood rot . We use a series of tree roping techniques that allow us to dismantle trees safely and without structural damage to property, this can be quite labour intensive and so would be reflected in the rates.
